HOW WE WORK
Our dedicated Client manager will ensure that all additional information for the role requirement has been gathered from the Client.
This is emphasized as the data collected will assist the resourcing teams in locating the perfect fit for the team hiring which promotes
long lasting placements.
Examples of questions asked when a role requirement is received:
Essentials:
- What is the budget for the role?
- Where will the suitable candidate be located?
- What is the working model of the team that the candidate will be placed?
- If contract, what is the duration of the contract?
- Is the role EE/AA or Non EE/AA?
Additional information collected includes:
- For re-advertised roles, what did the interview panel see lacking in previously screened candidates?
- Learning more about the project team for which the seat has opened.
- Understanding the steps that the client takes in the hiring process.
Once step one is complete and our Client Manager has acquired the essential and additional information to recruit for the vacancy, our
Client Manager notifies the teams at Sabenza IT, briefing everyone in the team.
In this session, the roles received are strategically allocated to individuals in the recruitment team according to their strengths and
recently worked/filled positions, to efficiently source the most suitable candidates efficiently.
The vacancy posted does not disclose any client information and will only highlight the core technology experience required for the
role.
Job advertising is intended to attract attention whilst the team carries out the strategised recruitment plan and headhunting
techniques to source for the position.
Sabenza IT has a strong digital presence which aids in spreading the word among talented individuals.
Sabenza IT possesses a database of 200 000+ IT and SAP candidates that is POPIA compliant, growing and updated regularly.
Sourcing begins from searching within our Talent Pool and then reaches out to headhunting as per the role requirement.
A technical internal screening process occurs where candidates are screened and evaluated against the specifications of the Job.
Suitable candidates are added to our shortlist. Once a final evaluation has been completed the best 3 candidates are selected
and step 6 is carried out.
Each application is prepared with the intention of ensuring the candidate's CV is neat, uniform and presentable to our Client.
Our team puts together a standard application grid which will indicate important information such as the candidate's Notice
Period, Current CTC and Expected CTC.
It is from this stage; that our teams are trained to maintain candidate's expectations for an easier Offer Acceptance.
Sabenza IT will assist the client in confirming and setting up Interviews for the selected candidate.
Sabenza IT's Client Manager schedules an Interview Preparation with the candidate on-site/online where applicable.
This is exercised to ensure that the candidate presents himself professionally and acts as a check-in on the health of the
equipment that they are using for the interview.
Sabenza IT's dedicated Client Manager reaches out to the candidate regarding their experience in the interview and submits this
feedback to the Client.
Upon confirmation from the Client of their intent to move forward with a candidate, Sabenza IT will complete 2 Candidate
References an initiate the Required MIE Checks.
MIE Background Checks usually entail:
- Identity verification
- Criminal background checks
- Educational verification
- ITC Checks
Sabenza IT will maintain the expectations of the candidate and motivate the acceptance of the Offer received from the Client.
Scheduled Check-ins with the Candidate and Client to ensure a long-term relationship with the Client and a productive candidate.
