We are seeking an Intermediate Point of Sales (POS) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with POS systems, strong administrative skills, and the ability to collaborate with small business partners and international clients. Experience with TallOrder, Opera, and MICROS systems is essential to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
POS System Implementation & Management:
- Configure, install, and maintain Point of Sales systems tailored to client needs.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for systems, including TallOrder, Opera, and MICROS.
- Analyze client requirements and offer customized POS solutions.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage detailed documentation, reports, and correspondence related to POS projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and system updates.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for small business partners and international clients.
- Provide training and demonstrations on POS system features and functionality.
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Business Partner Management:
- Collaborate with small business partners to optimize their operations through POS solutions.
- Assist in managing small order logistics and invoicing.
- Offer consultative advice to improve partner efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Point of Sales systems, with expertise in TallOrder, Opera, and MICROS.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience working with international clients and small business partners.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in POS system configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of TallOrder, Opera, and MICROS systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management, billing processes, and system integrations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
