Role: Integration with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, HR).
Responsibilities:
- Integration Design: Design integration strategies for connecting the new Enterprise Project Management Solution with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR software).
- System Interfaces: Define data flows, APIs, and protocols for system-to-system communication, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
- Data Mapping & Transformation: Map data fields between systems and define any necessary data transformations.
- Troubleshooting & Testing: Work with the QA Lead to ensure that all integrations are thoroughly tested, resolving any integration issues.
- Collaboration with Solution Architect: Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure the integrations are aligned with the overall solution design and architectural standards.
- Monitoring & Support: After implementation, monitor the integrations to ensure that they function correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Professional Certifications:
- Integration-specific certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, Dell Boomi, or similar).
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
- Proven experience in defining and implementing API integrations and data mapping strategies.
- Familiarity with data exchange formats like XML, JSON, and SOAP/REST.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of integration platforms, middleware, and API management.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving integration issues.
- Ability to collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
