We are thrilled to announce exciting Executive Support opportunities within the Johannesburg-based SATIC team. In these roles, you will work closely with UK-based stakeholders, playing a key role in fostering international collaboration and supporting the team’s growth globally.
About the Roles
We have openings at Senior, Assistant, and Administrative levels. We are seeking professionals with diverse experiences and backgrounds to contribute to this dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary depending on the role but will generally include:
- Providing administrative and executive support to UK-based stakeholders.
- Building strong, productive relationships with international colleagues and stakeholders.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
- Supporting projects, managing schedules, and coordinating tasks for smooth operations.
- Leveraging technology to optimize processes and communication.
Key Skills and Attributes
To succeed, you’ll need:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across borders.
- A team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and share workload.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple requests under pressure.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, forward-thinking attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project coordination/management is a plus.
Working Hours and Conditions
To align with UK stakeholders, the working hours will be as follows:
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (28th March – 31st October)
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (31st October – 28th March)
You will follow the UK public holiday calendar. If UK and South African holidays do not align, Our Client’s overtime policy will apply.
