Our client is seeking a dedicated Contracts and Compliance Manager to join their team. This role is essential in supporting organizations worldwide to address their most pressing cybersecurity challenges through innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of US government contracting and cybersecurity, enabling them to effectively manage contracts and ensure compliance with federal regulations and industry standards.
As a Contracts and Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to administration and closure.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, managing risk, and maintaining compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing contract management processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts management, with a strong focus on U.S. government contracting.
- Minimum of 2 years experience creating and implementing formal organizational policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a high technology, cybersecurity or information technology sector. This position requires an ability to quickly understand and correctly use cybersecurity and IT terminology.
- In-depth knowledge of US federal contract regulations, including FAR, with understanding of DFARS, AIDAARS or other agency regulations beneficial.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as NIST SP 800-53, CMMC, ISO27001, and CIS Controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with clients and subcontractors a like to achieve results in challenging environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
